From 13th – 14th May PAROMA-MED’s final plenary meeting took place in hybrid mode at the Ericsson, Genoa. The meeting kicked off by welcome and logistical briefing, setting the agenda for a comprehensive demonstration of data lifecycle processes in a federated learning environment. The demo showcased scenes such as consent management, dataset discovery, data and model workflow management, federated learning execution, inference, consent withdrawal, and usage awareness. Each partner presented their segment, with responsibilities clearly defined. The morning session ended with a networking lunch. In the afternoon, deeper discussions  and updates on deliverables covered the progress and pending tasks. The day concluded with a 1.5-hour Data Management Plan workshop, consolidating contributions on data handling, security, and access. Final contributions and action items were outlined, with next steps communicated via follow-up materials. The day was both collaborative and forward-focused. The next day kickedoff with the administrative segment focused on reporting and preparation for the upcoming project review. This included aligning on the reporting structure and refining the overall storyline to ensure consistency across deliverables and partner inputs. Roles were clarified for presenting technical outcomes, impact narratives, and stakeholder engagement.

In the next session, Exploitation Workshop was held to refine the strategic approach for maximizing project outcomes. Participants mapped potential use cases, business models, and stakeholder pathways for sustaining results beyond the project lifecycle. This session laid the groundwork for the Exploitation Plan Deliverable, identifying key exploitable results, ownership, and potential commercial or open-source pathways. Emphasis was placed on cross-partner collaboration and harmonizing exploitation efforts with evolving EU policy directions and data space priorities.

The day closed with clear action points, ensuring all contributions were aligned for final submission and review readiness.
